like i always say, it was funny, but not ROFL funny. gave me a good laugh, which is what i assume you were trying to do... no point in writing comedy flash if it's not going to make anybody laugh. good job, though, i thought it was decent.

Yup, I'm just out to make people laugh! With all the serious Flashes about killing and dying, I think it's important to keep up with the humor end too. So thanks for the review, and I'll try to keep the laughs coming (as best I can!) Maybe next time I'll make it to ROFL status. =)

Yes. I'm seeing far too many similarities in this to Home*. I mean you have the whole flash based on e-mails and stuff. Plus the monkey seems a whole lot like Sad. I don't know how your other ones are, but I think it would behoove you to make it a whole lot more different than Home* so you won't seem like you're trying to make a better one. I think you're style is hilarious and I love your graphics, but you're too close to Home* on this one, and that just isn't right.

Well thanks for the feedback. I'll do my best to make Sceb and the Mailbag unique and different. I keep working at it, and for a while I thought about stopping, but too many people say they like the Mailbags a lot, so I keep on trying.

Funny...
Like I said in my other review, its funny, short, and great for everyone; however this one reminded me perfectly of homstarrunner .com's "SB email" section. I dont know if its just a coincidence, but thats why i took off points for style. Good job overall though!

It isn't really a coincidence, because H*R is what made me get into Flash cartooning in the first place. But in the three years FredtheMonkey.com has been open, I think the two sites have grown to have different styles and cartoons, and aren't nearly as alike as they used to be.
Anyway, thanks for the review! Glad you liked the cartoon.
