Reviews for "Zelda : Midna's Lament Remix"

Cool, but missed the point.

It totally takes the purpose of the song and does something completely different. IT sounds great, HOWEVER the purpose of Midna's Lament is supposed to evoke a sad mood, with drums going off like that it doesn't do the job.

Huh...

There are so many people who make good remakes of video game songs, so good that I can't believe they're not working for the company. You are one of those people. No complaints. No question.

Hey, why does this version sound so familiar?

Oh, yeah. It was used at the end of one of the episodes of a DISCONTINUED series! Said series was one of my favorites, and one of my friend's favorites. But, yeah, I can see why this version was used in said series. (I refuse to say that it's Zelda UO and damn, I just did) But, yeah, awome!

Keep your tech off, YoshiFan!

This is truly a beautiful, unbeatable rendition, showcasing not "Midna's Lament," but more along the lines of "Midna's Rage". The calmness of the original Lament was a purely classic piece rarely heard in any videogame; let alone Legend of Zelda, however you did an impressive job of switching around the song to showcase a more powerful scene. I think it would go great with a cutscene of Midna having to face off against all of her greatest fears, with wolf Link carrying her along. I especially love what you did with the strings; it's beautiful and wall-breaking at the same time and I LOVE IT!

Wow, this is a really good rendition of the song.

It seems like a rush, like you actually are short for time. This should have played, it seems much more fitting. AS many others agree, this should have been in brawl, and it shall be, I hack brawl in many ways, including music, and this will be the next song I hack in, wonderful Job. It completely destroys nintendo's version by far.
