did you guys plan the story line out before hand , or just run with it?, by the way, it is flippin fantastic

]{0MBAT spends time watching the in-game videos, then writes the script to match it. Then he sends me the script along with his Damashi lines, and the video files. I add the Damashi Effect™ to his lines and record my Shujinko lines. I then import the video into Flash and do my best to sync our lines to the on-screen action. Often, I add a music background track to flash out. I then add the appropriate sound effects.
So yeah, while there's an occasional ad-lib, we're pretty limited to ]{0MBAT's original script.
