Does this really happen when someone litters? Because I'm not quite sure if it happens or not. I saw someone litter before and this never happened. But this? I don't know. I'm not stupid, but I just have no idea if it can happen in the future. It might, who knows. Anyway, this is an excellent decent unaltered radical flash. This'll probably teach people about littering and they'll understand. It's very educational because I already learned form watching it. Thank you for teaching me that. Super job.
