The Shadling is more likely to be a serial killer than this guy, and yet people don't give Shad this sort of grief.
I don't get the picture, but I'm not shocked by it or anything. This doesn't even approach the most disturbing content on Newgrounds.

You people let the media turn you to fearful cowards. This could be read in a lot of ways and until you talk to the artist you'd never really know which way he went. Without talking to him, I see the story of an ex girlfriend who hurt him or the story of a girl telling her story.
Blood on the smile could be the pain to pretend you're happy.
