it was ok but it needs some work, like a background and background music. also make different megamen like ones from different games because it gets repetitive. but it was pretty good

Great idea, but it really needs some work. Levels? High score list? Music? A background???
Gets old fast
Just shooting the same thing over and over gets boring, but it's not terrible. The thing does what it's supposed to, and animates fluidly, which is more than I can say for some of the shit that gets submitted here.
On its own, it kind of sucks. As a practice run on the way to something better, it might be good.

possibly add a good back round, possibly some boss music, or any music from a Megaman game. i like the way they slid when you stop them! haha!

It's cute, and for a first try it's good, a light background might work, a little bit harder and faster action, it's just overall to easy, but not bad. I don't think you're going to make it through the portal today, but make some changes and try again :)
All in all, keep your day job, cute game, keep trying.
