It was good. But like Pezzm4n said, the player shouldn't lose a life when he tries a letter thats already been guessed. it's not very hard to do, just crate an Array() of letters and take one out each time the player guesses a letter.

yes, I thinked about it to show which letters are already used.it would be easy to realize this but i didnt do it, because i think it would be to easy.
but maybe i will change it.
