Keentoons eh?
This was pretty good, but yeah, the sound effects would make it better. Fill up those big blocks of non-soundism. Is this actually on, or going to be on Keentoons? Cos I'd like to watch the episodes on there.

Its good you fixed up the mouth problem, but it still needs a bit of work. The animation was surperb, the vioce acting was also very good, good special effects and all round a great movie.
INCOHERENTLY!
Well, for the most part, this was pretty well animated. It was funny, but the sound effects need to be added, and the sound needs to be of higher quality. As most people have said before, it needs to be clearer. Try getting a better microphone or something. Other than that, it was a nice, stylish toon. The "Why you trippin'" part at the beginning was a nice bit. An overall 8/10. Maybe 9 with the SFX.

why?! your animation skills surpass this crap by miles!!! this is animated well, very well. As is the first. But the story and sounds (or lack there of) look like the ramblings of an attention deficit child. I suggest you make a movie and base it on content, not just the quality of the animation.

Try to get those lip syncs together, destroy some of the lameness (like him killing the little girl WITH HIS ASS [killing little girls is good, using his ass is bad])
i loved the fakeness to sudden realness, like him killing the little girl and "you realise you'll go to jail for killing the little girl right"
