Not just for the timing...
This movie was bad for a number of reasons, not just because of the shitty timing. It was short, pointless, and hardly contained any good animation. Mr. Rogers also was not a stoner. He just didn't like kids. Although the idea of Mr. Rogers tokin' it up does emit a small chuckle, the movie itself was still just plain dumb. I see no reason why this movie exists. However, I won't blam it. I'll leave that to someone who has a bit more a professional opinion on the matter.

Man!!! This would have been funny a couple of weeks ago, but you had to go and make a parody right after Mr. Roger's death! Poor timing on your part man.

Possitive Points:-Good sound implication.
-Nice bong.
Negative Points:-Very poorly done graphics.
-Short (Cuts off the movie abruptly).
-No particulat plot.
-Lacks a "Play" button.
Minor Details: If your gonna move a characters lips like that, atleast move them on a curved mouth line rather than a jagged one.
Personal Opinion: A true peice for the pot smoking community.
