Excellently done, however, issues.
It speaks for itself by the look; this is professional. But, there is still the issue with that damn console and the code. True, a puzzel like this is supposed to be very difficult, however, there is a fine line between difficult and time-consumingly impossible. I came up with 60 combo's and of course, none of them worked. :) Working this on paper, i've figured that there will probably be a total of 180 or more combos. Take this example of a "code": 'Usz boe efdpef uijt, jg zpv dbo.'
Give up? "Try and decode this, if you can." Now, if the player is faced with something like that, they get completely stumped and waste time trying to figure it out in totally bizzare ways. If there was a note or hint along the lines of a riddle, or a small story element, like: "Dear tech support, the computers are messed again ... letters shift to other letters by one ... please fix" THAT would give the player a jumping-off point to try and figure out the puzzle. But ATM im just wasting time trying to get the combo.
