Reviews for "A Tale begins with a Pill"

oh yeah, a good claymation!!!

this is really good, and i can only think of two areas you need to work on in future episodes and other claymation movies.
first of all, the claymation itself. at the moment it's good, about a 6.5 out of 10. but you need to get it up there to a 7 or above, i think. try to stop the camera from moving around when animating the figures, and try to keep the lighting even throughout the course of the movie. and simply try to add as many frames as humanly possible to each action to make it as smooth as you can get it.
second area of improvement is the audio. not entirely, though... the music was very good - not too loud, not too soft, good mood for the movie - and the sound effects were very fitting - nice killing sounds, stabbing, etc etc.
the area you need to work on is the quality of the voice acting. at the moment it is just audible, and i think that if you cannot create it, you may have to add in subtitles so that people can fully understand the plot. dont get me wrong, you can understand what the characters are saying, but you need to try and make the voice acting as clear as possible.
overall, this was very good, and i enjoyed watching all of the gore and claymation. i hope you continue with this plot, it's a good one!
7/10

Costa-K responds:

Thx for the advice. I was worried about how the voices went over because thats an area i'm ussuallly critised on. Thx for the review mate.

whooptie doo

I have to make a comment on the last review first. So what if the music is like that is it so hard to just close it and reopen? You didn't have to bring the score down so dramatically just for that. As for the movie i thought it was awsome for clay!!!! HOORAY FOR CLAY!!!!

Well I must grade you down for one thing....

Your movie is awesome, very well made but your song loops so if you watch it again you hear the song where you shouldnt and where to song is supposed to start you hear two songs at different parts at the same time. You gotta cut the sound track after the movie finishes so after I click play again the movie starts over as it should.

Costa-K responds:

I'm gonna be honest with you. That happens in all my movies on ng because i just don't care. I could go fix it, but i just ain't up to the challenge. Second, cmon only a three.

Very impressive

Clear, coherent and different accents with the voice acting. Smooth movements with the characters, as well as a plot developing. Hope to see part 2.

Costa-K responds:

Thx mate, i aint sure when part 2 will be done and thx for the review.

where do i begin?

should i start with the fact that you stole the story almost word for word from alice in wonderland (which was then stolen by the matrix) or maybe that your clamation lacked consistency and continuity or maybe that your story-line, however weak it was to begin with, dissolved into a nonsensical display of violence lacking any tie to the original plot or maybe i should address your overly dramatic dialogue dub that includes a moment when you flubbed your lines and then just continued on as if nothing happened? where should i begin?

Costa-K responds:

I take it that your jokeing. Considering the fact nobody in alice in wonderland broke out of jail. Second there wasn't much of a plot are you that stupid you couldn't follow along?
