is lipsynching really that hard though? i mean, high quality lipsinking maybe,

Aye. About lip synching, alot of flash authors create little templates for synching. Like, the important part of dialouge. I was synching each frame and completly redrawing each part of the mouth for every frame of sound.... Needless to say- it took awhile.
