The sound is what let this down; it was pretty hard to hear all of it, but the voice actors were great and the story and animation was flawless! Good one, man!
Great but...
Everything about this movie was really well done, and I hope for it to be turned into a series, but...
You really need to make a preloader, because not everyone has a high speed connection. You also need to not make it play in a loop, because that makes it seem kind of rookie-ish. This is too well of an animated movie to have such small things take away from it.
Great job though.

Fresh Aqua? I still don't understand the title... at first I thought it was gonna be a spoof advert or something... :-/
What it is, instead, is a real change of pace. Almost melancholy at times, with the themes of wasted youth, wanting to just get out and not knowing what to do with your life. Things familiar to most of us, but represented in a charming way.
Some of the colonel's mumbles are unintellibable, but I suppose it's not too important. Still, some clearer voices would have been nice.
The voices are well suited to the characters and the shift to colour at the end is wonderfully employed. The ending is bittersweet - amusing thanks to the madness, but sad thanks to the continued waste of his life.
When uploading things onto NG, or onto the internet in general, you should make a pre-loader with play/replay buttons, I feel.
Apart from that it was great. I loved the anthropomorphic world and the whole tale.

Cool drawings, really cartoon like. I hated the sound! The voices were recorded very poorly. You should hold the mic to the side of your mouth so you won't spit t's and p's into it and re-record the ones that come out wrong
