weak...
the story line was alright i would say, but you needed to work on a loooot of things.
given, you dont have a heap of experience in flash, but your skills will progress as time does, along with practice.
first of all, the quality of this movie:
graphics wise - the detail in the graphics was low, and although there were heaps of colours in all of the graphics (essential), all of the lines were pretty bland, and you didnt have a lot of detail in the backgrounds nor characters.
audio wise - you really, really, really needed to improve the quality of the audio in this movie... for sure.
i could hardly get 50% of what the characters were saying without reading the subtitles* (i'll get to that soon), so that's a big no-no. always try to keep audio as clear as possible.
now, quantity wise, the movie was pretty good i thought. it was long, had a decent, mildly humorous plot. so no problems there.
*another tip, the subtitles. i see now (after reading the 'authors comments') that hovering your mouse over the 'S' in the top left corner of the screen will bring up the subtitles during the movie. now, subtitles are excellent, but not when you 'abuse' them if you will.
because some people dont read the authors comments, they may have gone through this movie without subtitles, and, due to the audio quality not understood anything - resulting in a possible vote of 0.
so you either needed to: A: make the point about the 'S' at the start of the actual movie, or B: made a rectangle across the bottom of the screen where the subtitles would always show up.
so, i think you have a few things to work on, but eventually you'll get there. keep working at it.
