Interesting Concept
This could actually get good. If you made another one with more targets on each person's body, more people in every area, all that kind of expansion in general, it would be a good game. It's pretty cool to just walk around and shoot at assholes when they don't defend themselves. In games.

of animation i don't think ANYTHING could have come to better in the early nineties It's like "Hey look at this!" and everyone is like HOLY SHIT! and by the way.... don't upload something a second time that's just...... stupid
Slight improvement on blood effects and some character design from the earlier version. Other than that not much point in it.
I remember watching this back in 2002. Still holds up today.
