Needs graphics n' sound!
Either both or one or the other; but either one would make this flash a lot better. This gets a 5 from me for now.

Thanks for the 5!

It was an okay game. Since you did it all in script i have to give you props for the good work you did... The game was simple and addictive. My biggest problem was that it didn't seem to get any harder as time progressed... in fact, the hardest part about the game was clicking "play" and then trying not to die as i reach for the arrow keys. After that the game became repetitive. Maybe if it got harder, or had levels, or difficulty setting it would be a much better game. There is also a minor collision detection error on the left side of the platforms but its very minor and doesn't detract from the game.
Collision error? Mmm. I tried many different methods of making sure the box was on a platform, and eventually had to resort to the shapeFlag. Even though it was square-to-square collision. Because otherwise you'd be propped back on top of a platform if you fell off it and turned around too quickly. Which was a thousand times more annoying that any of the current 'bugs' in the game.
Sadly, the cover is part of the book...
Quite a good Idea, just laked graphics, a reason to do it and sound. It was quite a good puzzle game appart from that. You could make a sequel, where-for instance- you are a little man in a booby trapped temple, trying to escape (Indyanna Jones style?) I liked, but sadly presentation is an an important thing. Think about it, would you like NG as much if it was just pages of white with text on? Didn't think so.
Good
Okay game not awful just a simple game.
A simple, fun, addictive game.
It doesn't always take brilliant graphics to make a good game. I liked it. Impressive that this was all scripted.
Nah. It's not that hard. It only took a couple of days to make, and I probably could've made the script smaller if I used a function to control the creation of all squares - that took up the majority of the file's size.
