The first 8 seconds i thought were a little poorly done, but you rebounded. For the hype u gave about it, i was expecting a bit more. like the harp. This seemed to be like "i've heard this before, oh yeah in every action movie in the medievil period ever." it is well done, but in my opinion a little bland. Nice effort though. Nice sound.

It was just my attempt at an epic, and in terms of realism and such - I failed.
I did try hard - so this piece I don't think was a waste of time ;)

This is amazing man. Simply amazing. In the beginning it is beautiful, yet dissonant and eery at the same time.
It has great percussion in it everywhere! I LOVE the percussion! Simply wonderfully written!
The harp is a very sexy and classy touch. It really gives a new level to this song, and it has such a nice effect on the listener. Maybe you should add a little reverb to it. Or make it more present if it already has reverb.
You have created a very nice and full sound. It is rich with flavor, and the ending is superb! SUPERB I tell ya!!! Wonderful ending, but it should really end. It just dies off right now, and I'm not sure I like that.
5/5 and 9/10 overall. Just give it a real ending and it becomes a 10/10 easily.

Oh well, but seriously this deserves nothing but the highest ranking, in my opinion. It sounds sooooo professional, and yeah, that section I was talking about earlier is perfect now XD
I can offer this piece nothing but praise. So let me start praising this piece:
Great beginning! Amazing beginning, especially the bass drumroll and the timpani roll, exceptional way to start a song. And that little cresendo that I believe is a piccolo or something like that was perfect for this song.
Chord progressions simply beautiful, as was the instrument choice and the instrument articulations. The only instrument with slightly weird articulations was the cello at the same section I was talking about before, but even that's still great in it's own way. I would just suggest increasing the attack of the cello by a slight bit so that certain notes don't get lost.
And the mastering, mastering was awesome! Every instrument is crystal clear and the piece sounds so professional! You've definitely nailed epic in every single way!
Sorry I couldn't give much advice on this, so I just decided to point out what's good about it. That counts as constructive criticism, right? And it helps to inflate one's ego too, of course XD
I'll be downloading this, of course.
