It has potential
Unlike the others who find this parody to Dragon Ball's offensive, I found it pretty funny. I mean, at about the middle of the flash, it stopped being funny, but the introduction made me chuckle. Especially the Bulma part. The ending however, blew.

Thats the sound of you getting five across the face. The drawings were fine, but for the love of god the voices and timing was horrible. My ears are bleeding from the high squeaking noises.
