Not bad, not bad at all
This is a very interesting piece of work. Original art, cool style, obvious awesome use of kill bill music, it has its own bit of violence. I really enjoyed how Toad was a tall buff renegade, it was definitenly new. I drifted a little bit throught the cartoon not completely holding my attention and I got a little chuckle out of it. Nice work, come back with more.

Man why did it have to be Wario he was always my favorite character...*sigh* For this i sadly must only give you a 4 this time.
Get back to being serious.
I admire your style of drawing, but if possible, you need to work on your fluidness. Tie the fighting together better, use different camera angles, and put more Frames in. Make the next one like 6, with Neme-toad. That kicked ass.
a bit different
this was something different compared to the other toads rage parts. although i liked it and thought it was funny, i perfer toads rage a bit more serious.
