the drawing and animation of this is superb, but the whole concept just didnt work
it was over before it really began, and there was no real sword fighting in it at all
my advise would be to make your animtions a hell of alot longer, and youll probably end up on the front page

Based on several facts.
First, if you're going to name a movie "Samurai Duel", would it not be somewhat logical to involve a samurai character at some point?
Second; Authenticity? Where are you, authenticity? Nowhere. Authentic equipment, tactics, and techniques can make or break these so called "samurai" flashes.
Third: That was the most terrible representation of a shozuku I've ever seen.
On the flip side, you've obviously got some sort of talent in animation; So you're not a loss. My advice to you is to mark this one up as an experiment, do a little research, and try again. Next time, it could be better.

I am sick of movies with this lazy sterotypical samurai fighting ending. I guess the only difference was they both died instead of one. Still its lame and extremely over used becuase its easy to do. Call it quits Clever dan.
