Crikey, I wish I could come up with simple characters like this to animate.

Interesting...
I like the overall look; the art has an eye-catching quality, the animation wasn't bad, but could be so much better. I loved the 70's funk muzik under, reminds me of Starsky & Hutch. You need some SFX though, especially for the shotgun blasts, hearing that slide rack another round would be good too. I think you've got something here & would like to see more, but I think it needs some fine tuning.

well, actually it had another link there originally..but that didnt work...so I just made the first thing that came to my head...besides...it doesnt work because I accidentally made the link go so that it comes up in the window that the flash is in...:P
