Nostalgic.
The song itself reminds me how most cartoons start their show. A short scene on what would happen to the show, and after that they introduce the characters in the song. Hell, if I didn't know Watchmen, I would think, "Was this a TV show? Why didn't I see it?". Great job.

How can you not like the voices? They are hilarious and the music itself is awesome. Clearly CommanderC is too young because this is the 80's/90's cartoons like the Karate Kid show, Ninja Turtles, The Real Ghostbusters, Transformers and so on. This is the funniest music on Newgrounds as well as one of THE funniest flashes I have ever seen. If this were a real TV show I would totally watch it.
