A tiny bit simplistic.
This piece oversimplifies the problem a little. For example a large number of CEOs and executives and office workers on high paid high stress jobs smoke but their wages cover the habit quite easily. In fact tehy smoke specifically expensive cigarettes or even Cigars at times. Also the Russian Roulette versus Smoking killing is extremly over simplistic again. Smoking usually isn't an instanteous killer if it was I think most smokers would be dead before they got through their first pack. Whereas a Bullet through the head @ point blank range will almost certainly kill you then and there.
I mean yes I agree smoking is well quite simply 'bad' but this pieace is a bit "Moreian" in that it doesn't look at how much is spent by the anti cancer groups and anti smoking groups and how successful they are. Also there are banns on smoking advertising in parts of the world now and there has been a fair few cases against the Tobacco companies some won some lost that this does not mention at all. The "war" against Tobacco is been faught but this is not mentioned. I also want more then just internet site references in this piece. A database search through Scientific journals would be better.
