i use Macromedia Flash 8 for artworks like this. wich got sharp shading.
and for the others Photoshop.
edit: ops i read the question wrong. yes i use pen tool for photoshop. but not for the lineart. i use it for the shading
She has one arm above another, so you know she's cool. :P
Her right foot is a little round from the bottom, and the scribbles look to basic. But anime chick as stylish and slick as always.
