Ok, constructive review for you :)
See, there are many problems here. One is the animations are all just 2 frames put next to each other (the mouths, their dancing, etc.), you need some style. The background looked bad and the characters werent the best. The worst part about it was that you just took the audio from Family Guy and made a movie of randomness out of it. I blammed it until you can try out more vigorous ways of working, but I can see that you arent a random movie maker though.
