My only complaint is that some of the hair (top left corner) doesn't look as well-done as the rest of the face, so doesn't quite fit in. Only a little. Everything else is brilliant.
The highlights are what make this piece pop. My favorite aspect of this piece has to be her eyes. They look moist which is pretty hard to recreate. Her eyes are haunting indeed. Keep it up.
