For all you other people. he did as the turtle said and went to ask mr owl. Well mr owl just ate his tootsie pop and the kid is pissed so he takes his frustration out on the turtle since it told him to go to the owl.

Originality: 1/3 because, the 80's tootsie pop commercial was most of the short, but the ending was original, applied to the Tootsie Pop commercial.
Funny Factor:2/3 because I simply loved the randomness at the end!
Art: 2/4 because the art mostly was the work of the Tootsie Pop Company, but the gun was nice.
OVER ALL:: 5/10.
