This was amazing!

Track #1 - Route 201, Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum
Track #2 - Dragon Roost Island, Wind Waker
Track #3 - The two roller coaster levels in Donkey Kong Country 2.
Track #4 - Not sure.
Track #5 - The Legend of Zelda Main Theme, and Tal Tal Heights together I think.
Track #6 - Luigi's Mansion Main Theme.
Track #7 - This theme is used inside Crateria of Super Metroid, and if the Space Pirates find you in Metroid Zero Mission.
Track #8 - The S.S Anne theme, Pokémon Red/Blue/Yellow
Track #9 - Sounds familiar, but I dunno.
Track #10 - Again, not sure.
Track #11 - Balloon Trip theme, Balloon Fight.
Track #12 - Mario Circuit, Super Mario Kart.
Track #13 - One of the level themes of Yoshi's Island.
Track #14 - The Pokémon Main Theme.
Track #15 - ...? It seems I've missed one somewhere.

Somewhere I missed a theme. Ah well.
And I thought I heard Gyromite somewhere between S.S. Anne, and Balloon Trip, but I'm not sure.

1 - Nope, that's the Title theme of Kirby's Dreamland, but the songs are really similar.
2 - Yes
3 - Yes (The song is called Disco Train btw)
4 - Game Corner/Lucky Number Show - Pokemon Gold/Silver
5 - Actually that's just Tal Tal Heights but it's really similar to the Main Theme.

Rusty Bucket Bay should go here, but it sounds really similar to the end of TTH so I can see why you missed it. (I'll just go with your numbers till the end.)

6 - Yes
7 - Yes
8 - Yes
9 - User Instructions (F.L.U.D.D's tutorial) - Super Mario Sunshine
10 - Stage Theme - Gyromite
11- Yes
12 - Yes
13 - Yes
14 - Sort of. It's actually the Credits Theme of Pokemon Gold/Silver (because it ends differently), but close enough! =D

WOw, this is majestic; YOu should make a Banjo-Kazooie series medley. Also, is that Rusty Bucket Bay I hear somewhere in there?

Wonderful Selections!

It was a very nice medly and I really enjoyed it.

Themes I recognized (in order): Route 201-Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, Dragon Roost Island-LoZ Windwaker, Legend of Zelda Main Theme-Twilight Princess Version, Luigi's Mansion Main Theme, I think the Ridley Battle from Metroid, S.S. Anne-Pokemon Red/Blue, Gyromite Theme, Balloon Fight, Mario Circuit-SNES Version, Yoshi's Island 1-Flower Feild.

Route 201 - That's actually Title (Kirby's Dreamland), but WOAH I never realized the songs were so similar. =)
Main theme (Twilight Princess) - You probably mixed it up with Tal Tal Heights.
Ridley Battle - Inside Crateria (Super Metroid)
