Addictive
This is a pretty addictive game, only maybe a bit too difficult. Very well designed. The graphics were a bit cheesy though (apart from the neat menu), which you could improve if you make a sequel or another version. Great game anyhow.

don't worry, i know what it's like to get blammed.
Pretty good.
I'd like to see the ship starting a little farther back, to give you more time to manuver, and extra ships, so you don't have to restart when you get hit.
Maybe, when the ship blows up, it takes time for another one to appear, letting all the asteroids hit earth for a few seconds. So your penalty for dying is you leave earth unprotected, but you still have a chance to redeem yourself.
Maybe you should let players choose one of the 2 upgrades to start off with, in like an easy mode or something.
Otherwise it's a fun game.
Reminicent of Alien Invaders
This game reminds me of alien invaders, and its pretty fun! I just wish my ship was a bit faster in the beginning but i guess thats what the upgrades are for eh? Overall it was ok, wating to see some more of your work!

im thinking that's average? well, this game was alright.
nice graphics and style, with some good gameplay. the upgrades were good, and really made a difference to the game.
but man, i thought that this was going to be a really advanced game when i first saw the starting screen! that was awesome... why didnt you make the game look like that? like with silver outlines for all of the 'boxes' that contain the in-game info...
anyways, nice game.
