good, in a non-descript but still positive way
First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your "Rocko's Modern Life" reference. I don't see those very often.
Next, your drawing is very good, and your animation is above average.
The partially absurd humor is palatable, but were all the flatuent noises necessary? And what's up with that ending?

Yay for campy parodies with cute characters and decent animation! I'm sorry to say I wasn't particularly enamored of the voice acting, but it didn't keep me from snickering lots as I watched the cheesefest proceed. Nice work!
Not bad, but not that good either....
Well, I have to say it was funny, and the animation was good. However the voices and sound effects were just TERRIBLE. You could tell that every character had the same voice, and the laughing was idiotic. However you get props for including Chokey's Chicken from Rocko's Modern Life in this--that was one of my favorite shows as a kid. Just one thing--what in the blue fuck do spiders and raccoons--or tigers and octopi, for that matter--have in common?
