merely glorified pong
its a nice idea, and at least you didnt just make the basic version of pong, but like the last guy said, its impossible
surely you should of noticed it, but its extrodinaraly hard to actually get the ball passed the enemy, making the player lose interest quickly

Needs some changes.
Like the guy before said, you need to make it so the computer can make a mistake or else you will be playing this game until your hand falls off. Secondly, you need to make it so the bar you are moving is solid. The balls seems to just pass right through it alot of times, especially near the edges. Other than that, good job! Just tweak it a liiitle more with the things i mentioned.

I liked the idea...
and that spinny thing in the middle was a good addition, but like everyone else said, it's near impossible to beat that Zarbug guy. I only scored one point and that was only cause the ball went through his paddle, great idea, but needs work.
Eh.
The computer opponent, always following the vertical motion of the ball and never making a mistake, might as well be a wall. You need to bridge that gap between futile and merely difficult. But it's clear you put a fair amount of effort into it; it would be an okay game if it were actually playable.
