That's a pretty fucking awesome logo dude.
I always get the problem it doesn't look as good when it's scaled to fit on products or paper, but this is strong at any format. Good job!

I really do like it and I don't want to come off as some pretentious graphic designer, but the fact that the eagle's body is a bit above the center kinda bothers me a bit. It makes it feel a little unbalanced.
Otherwise, it's totally awesome!

Heck, If I was a authoritative figure in the nuclear division of government, I'd pick this as my logo XD
