it might be that i havent watched any of the others.all i saw was an old dude holding a dog or something.was the dude so horny and perverted he needed the dog? but i shouldnt complain i guess you did a good job

The drawings are nice, I guess you coloured them using photoshop or another photo edit program, and you've done some nice shading giving the backgrounds a watercolour feeling and the characters a more detailed colouring. The problem with the latter though, is that the movie becomes very statical because of the use of Jpeg instead of flash vectorial based graphics. It takes away the smoothness of transision and the ability to create dynamic movements.
I'd suggest you should try and create vector based flash graphics for the characters and keep going with the photoshop images for the backgrounds. The same style is used in allmost every anime series. The shading on the characters will be less (2 or 3 colours per item would be enough (highlight, normal and shadow)) but it creates a lot of smoothness in the movie and makes it more dynamic. You could really create some nice work with the drawing skills you just showed if you use them wisely.

Act 3. again, really cool looking graphics and music. Comic style is definitely cool looking. YOu seem to know what you are doing with these characters. that's crazy how that guy looked into the mind of that wolf and saw what happened to him. very nice stuff. very nice work on animating those cars going really fast. This one makes a lot more sense. It's a very good one. oh nooo... the wolf died...
