I 've met people like that
They have a limited vocabulary of about 15 (or so) words - mostly of the 5 main cuss words - a few treated like cuss words and "and", "or", their name (which is sometimes used like a cuss word), "bite" and "me". The final too usually used together when the situation calls for something other than a cuss word.
