This is the first time that I have EVER EVER EVER gave somebody a good score for a game engine, demo, etc. etc. but you are the first...I actually know these type of games, flash and shockwave but this is probably the crappiet gayest one of all but I see where you rollin with it. I thought it was good, I didn't bother copying the script but the tut was still awesome.
I think it's good you gave XGen credit but stick with something more well-known so people won't shoot you when they see a familiar character.

Bit simplistic
Not terribly responsive. A bit more depth on how changing details would change the gem would be fun. Nobody likes a teacher who basically says he can't be bothered to go all the way for his students.

Not too great. The physics are pretty whack, and it's both unoriginal and definitely worse than the original. Like all copy-paste tutorials, it's not particularly good.

You didn't steal those scripts. Don't give me that shit that you didn't, becuase I know who wrote them.
I know who wrote them, too: me. Why are you so sure that this was stolen? Did I replicate it that well? Play the example given side-by-side with the real Fishy. Notice anything different in the physics? It's just a bloody imitation.
