This COULD have been funny
Look, megaman running to a mildly good song isn't going to help you ratings wise. This COULD have been good. This COULD have been funny. If you made the sprite bigger and actually made him dance...? Anyway, this a great basis for a great flash, just a crappy movie.
Fix the animation
It's just a running sprite only shortened and he's not moving his other leg.
Put just a little more work into it.
