I must say, the atmosphere and color in this is awesome! I love the background and the surreal look of the mountains! very, very cool. Can't wait to see some of your other work, and especially your animation. :) the only thing I wasn't 100% into was the person, but you already mentioned that in the description. Keep up the amazing work, looking forward to more.

I'm currently working on a rehash of little red riding hood. overdone I know, but I'm working on all the backgrounds in photoshop, so here's hoping the backgrounds in my animation come out looking as nice as this picture. Beautiful. The detail on the dragon and the mountains are especially well done. The fact that the person is actually quite far away means that it's not easy to notice that it's not entirely perfect. I also really like the way you've done the moon and the moon beams - adds a whole load more to the atmosphere. Fantastic job - keep it up!

i am blown away by this pic. the only critique i have is that the dragons left wing is kinda at a weird angle
