pretty funny
i thought it was pretty funny spitting blood at things got a little old though but over all i thought it was a pretty good game
Interesting.
An amusing game; good graphics and sound, but movement was annoying - although it's probably meant to be like that - and swallowing the grubs is extremly difficult.

Well lemme put it this way...u last 1 min if u don't eat, which means if ur computer is lagging u wont' even get to kill a dumpling thing and u die,

the blood stream thing was amazing but i thought personally that it went a little fast.

amazing game loved it played all the other series things...LOVED IT! :D i cant wait to start coughing blood up at people :D
