To me, it sounds like your fighting your best friend, you have known since childhood who has been possesed by an evil demon. Sort of like when you fight the shadow queen from Paper Mario TTYD.

I don't picture this in an RPG....It could work, yes, but I see this as a Mega Man X series stage theme, it just needs a better loop. Either way, it's a great song, and it flows very well. It makes me wanna dust off my old Mega Man games and give them a replay.

This song is brilliant, really gives you the feeling of an epic fight at the end of all things.
