That's one of the funniest songs I've ever heard, and the political incorrectness (a contradiction in itself) only makes it more enjoyable.
To answer the previous reviewer's question, the people laughing in the background were the other people on the Opie & Anthony radio show, as Steven Lynch was the one playing the song.
