You got her dead on. I mean, this is what she naturally looks like once you remove all the spells and whorecruxes (see what i did there?)
Ewww! Why would you draw THAT?! Just kidding. (Kind of). Regardless... On to the review:
Viewing this picture top to bottom, 10/7/10, I'd say. At the very top, the hair with all of its random strands and such is perfect. Ears, eyes, eybrows, all very well done. The structure of the lips is full and well crafted. With the way she is standing in this pose, your perspective and aspects of where everything should be with the face looking that way is pretty spot on.
Now to the negatives: As others have said, the smile lines and wrinkles in her neck are far to defined for her age. There's something kind of flat about her nose too, but that's forgivable.
Everything view able from the neck down is well crafted. Kudos.

wrinkles on the neck, if not lower, should be lighter, not so much in your face, the way a real picture would do it.
Secondly, her smile lines around her mouth should be subtle, not so bold I believe.
Other than that, great eye for detail, keep it up!
