Reviews for "Backstage in a pet shop"

Needs work, but it's getting there.

While effective in producing an emotional response (now I want to go out and rescue all the bunnies in the world, dang it!), the animation was lacking. Actually, there wasn't much animation...just a collection of still frames. That technique can sometimes be pulled off, but usually with some kind of a transition between scenes. It's a little strange when POOF! There's a truck. POOF! There's a man in the back of the truck. POOF! There's a bunny standing up. POOF! Now he's lying down. There's something almost Atari-esque in its simplicity. ;-) So I recommend you work on true animation. Frame-by-frame animation would really complement your drawing style.

Not bad needs work

<< Cool >>

Although that rabbit of yours atced way more like a dog than like a bunny, the movie itself was very interesting and had a nice message. Why would anybody raise a pet that is mostly condemned to spent the rest of its life in a cage? Well... nice job. And congratulations on the pick of the song. It creates the perfect mood for the type of movie you made.

yeah, its a message ive been thinking about since i started working in a pet shop a couple of months ago, how come some pets are well cared for and have loving owners while some either dont get the chance at all or end up with horrible owners who neglect or abuse them? its just a lucky dip

.......

Yeah seriously...

decent animation, just a bit depressing

Taters169 responds:
