The animation was great. The lighting techniques on Gohan's Kamehameha were very good. How ever i think you drew it out to long.

I like your style, but Vegata's transformation was pretty pointless. Everyone knows what his Super Sayon form looks like.

the mini character sprites look neat. nay, awesome. if you made a playable game with graphics like those, it'd be cool. as it is, is really just a sample of what could be done.
the smoke from Cell hitting the ground looked weird too.
