This could actually be something good
As it is right now, there's not much to this flash. In less than a minute, there's no point anymore. But you've got a good idea here, that could be expanded into something much larger and better.
Many people like flash games for the ability to kill time by . . . well, killing other things. With the addition of some new features, you could make this into something that'd get a nice score.
(1) Hit locations. I aimed for the head for the most part, but when I didn't, it looked awkward. More hit locations = more death animation = longer time spent playing around with game = higher score.
(2) Better looking characters. I'm not the type to auto-blam sticks (and I think you animated your sticks quite well), but try to put some real-ish looking people in here. It'll look better and (for sadistic bastards like me) be more fun to play.
(3) More interactivity. I liked the "shoot the boom box to turn the music off" effect. More ways to interact with the environment (maybe including the ability to kill people by shooting other objects in a kind of chain reaction) would be nice.
(4) Don't make the shooting sound when you click "RESET."
(5) Add in some new locations to go to. Maybe even a mini street (of which this area would be one section) with a few buildings to go into. You know, office building, stadium, restaurant, hospital, primary school, orphanage.
. . . . . . . Okay, maybe I'm *too* sick a bastard. ^_^

Good game. Not great but good. It could use more possible places to shoot them and the physics could be amped up. Plus more people of course. But what the hell do I know.3 fo u. Hope you make more and kinda hope this survives
