Nicely done. The game really makes you have to pay attention and be aware of where everything is placed.

...but I think that the comp's idea of winning has a few bugs. I swear...it won by plopping four spheres right on the third tier with no spheres on the top tier or rather obvious four-in-a-rows. Unless there is some rule to 3-D tic-tac-toe that I don't know about, there might be a bug.
Otherwise, I should stick to the paper kind then :P
