Because it was the first newly submitted NG dress up that hasn't been ass and titties. Good job. Next one you make though, if you do make another, make the dress up doll a person.. or something more detailed. Okie dokie?

It is! Especially the girl! I actually tried to make myself, and I ended up being cute! WHihc is weird, cuz I'm not cute, but this game made me cute! Now thats cute! I've said "cute" too much, haven't I?
Oh well, anyways, good job! It's a cute game, which was actually kind of fun, and the music was strangely catchy!
