bloody fantastic

dude, just.... yeah, that was great. there have been many, many, many tutorials similar to this, but in my mind, this is the best one to date.
the information you shared with us consisted of both pretty simple things/tricks of the trade - making a story line and listing things down on pen and paper, and then there was a little bit of the technical stuff to help people along with their animation process.
but one of the best things about this tutorial was its design/layout. it was pretty darn simplistic, and it was bold. with those 2 key elements, i think you can capture anyone's attention.
so well done to you on A: creating an overall sound tutorial, B: showing people how to make a movie from scratch the PROPER way, and C: showing everyone a little tip or two when animating. well done.

This is the best tutorial I've seen.

I'm no flash artist, but if I wanted to become one I would get someone like you to show me how. This was presented beautifully and in a way that even someone like me can understand. This tutorial should be required reading for aspiring flash animators.

Good principles

This is a pretty good tutorial, I think a lot of flash artists would benefit by seeing this.

Guidodinho. The animation used is Flash. Its VERY expensive. The best fps would probly be 12 which is the default. Messege me! oh yeah nice tutorial. this helped me out a bit, not the animation part just the planning(im always in a big rush)
