Reviews for "Omega- Song in A Minor"

sheer WOW

this certainly would be a sight to see someone play this in person. I can't exactly see the bowser thing . . . : \ but thats not important to enjoying the song (thank goodness ^__^). overall compostion is superb, as well as the constant energy. Something is always goin on, and the great thing - none of it crowds anything else out. So good job on the EQing! The transistions are like butter. A big stick of butta.

In reflecting on the name of the title, it certainly opens up the song, allowing me to "see/hear" which part is which. The tribulation but precision order in the beginning, and of course the lighter, hopeful, happier part at the end - leading on to something better. You certainly nailed the heaven feel on the nose. Even Assasin caught it ^_^

Excellent job! keep it up and don't stop expressing that creative spirit in you!

Thank you very much for the great review ^_^ by any chance what does EQ mean? Definately thanks for the motivation to keep going, I'm hoping to go crazy at majoring in composition in college :)

This is killer.

I really like this. I can honestly say if I witnessed somebody playing this on a piano I would without doubt crap my pants. Listening makes me wish I knew music theory, I barely know anything, including scales (gasp!). I can see what Zero means about the transition, but I kind of like that it's (a little) static. The second part sounds like Bowser from Nintendo dying and floating to the heavens, then not getting there. I have no idea why, maybe the very beginning is a slight bit like the uh, Underground dungeon, castle type theme from Mario. Either way I love it lol.

Thank you very much for the awesome review :) I can definately see the Bowser thing now thatyou mention it, lol who knows, maybe I could convince Koji Kondo to use this sometimes :)

Well - I love the-

main tune - the evilness of it all, and the way the sections move into eachother
only critisism is that you should use FL demo - or some different VST's for the piano because it just.. well I dunno.. seems obvious that you didn't play this;
and you always want to try and make that illusion.

Pros;
The tune, as I said is very imaginative and creative.
The end is perfect
and loops well xD

well done- what program do you use btw?
cause I used to use sibelius 3 ^^ which wasn't the best for piano :)

>>Zero
keep up the great work!!

Dude09 responds:

thank you, i know there is no way i could play this, i do use sibelius, which i use to gain composing technique, but i'm still discussing a deal with a recording studio. thanks for the review :)
