Ah, memories.
I remember that level. I also remember my 5 year old self cursing the Game Boy to hell and back for what I saw as cheap deaths. Excellent music.
It reminds me of those days...
When the NES exploded out of nowhere and brought the video game industry back to life with such a huge amount of classics that, to this day, are regarded as some of the best of all time. Super Mario Bros., Tertis, Zelda, Metroid, Mega Man, Contra, Punch-Out!!, Galaga, Double Dragon, Final Fantasy, Ninja Gaiden, blah blah blah blah blah, and then, this theme came. It perfectly summed up the entire era.
