neopets is DEFINETLEY not about cheese tortillas, and belive me because i have been on neopets for 2 years and i am an expert at it. i gave you a 3 because there was a lot of jelly in it and myu goal is to prove that jelly world exists. and for all you neopets-players out there: jellyworld DOES exist.
